Tiantai is proud to establish a partnership with Grästorps Bryggeri AB. They are distillery saga began on a small scale in 2022 under Grästorps Bryggeri AB, and from 2024 will take craft to the next level with distillery. This partnership led to the creation of a 300L distillation equipment tailored to Grästorps’ unique needs.
Tiantai completed the manufacturing of the 300L distillation equipment. The delivery process was handled with care, ensuring that the equipment arrived at Grästorps’ facility in perfect condition. Tiantai’s team assisted with the installation, ensuring every component was correctly configured to integrate seamlessly into Grästorps’ workflow.
Lilla Edet Destilleri began their distillation process, producing their first batches of in-house spirits. Crafted with precision, the 300L still featured both pot and column capabilities, enabling Grästorps to explore a range of spirits. The distillery sourced spices and botanicals from nearby farms, infusing their craft spirits with the natural tastes of the region.From mashing to fermentation and aging，The first batches of spirits, carefully matured in oak casks, are planned for launch in late 2024, with expectations for high-quality gin, aquavit, and other unique spirits.
