The rum distillery consists of Equipment for sugar cane processing, sugar dissolving, fermentation, distillation, aging, blending & diluting, bottling, and packaging. Should you decide to buy molasses or cane juice instead of producing it in-house, we will offer sugar dissolving, fermentation, distillation, aging, blending & diluting, bottling, and packaging equipment.

Feasibility Studies including the development of specific distillery scenarios
Recipe Planning including possible test distills in our own distilling facilities
Distillery Engineering including building, layout, and expansion scenarios
Utility Design including media supply for cooling, steam, water, compressed air, electricity
Process Area from raw material intake until finished spirits in the blending tanks
Filling and Packaging until finished bottles in your warehouse
