Is this a full turnkey distillery solution?
Can one distillery produce multiple spirits?
Yes. Hybrid stills, modular fermentation, and shared utilities allow one facility to produce multiple spirits with proper process planning.
Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Yes. We offer turnkey delivery including installation, utilities hookup, commissioning and operator training. Local installation teams or certified partners are deployed as required.
What ABV ranges can you achieve?
Pot and hybrid operation produce flavor-forward spirits (low wines ~20–30% ABV; hearts ~60–80% ABV after cuts). Column configurations can reach up to 90–96% ABV for neutral spirits; hybrids deliver 60–95% ABV depending on setup.
Is aging equipment included?
Is CIP (clean-in-place) available?
Yes.CIP systems and sanitary fittings are available for most models to ensure efficient cleaning, GMP compliance and minimal downtime.
What utilities are required?
Common utilities: steam (or alternative heat source), process water, compressed air(optional), and electrical supply for pumps and controls. Specific requirements are provided with each quotation.
