Column Stills
Continuous column stills, also known as Coffey stills, are a contemporary method for distilling spirits. Tiantai column stills are often utilized in industrial and large-scale commercial production to produce 95% ABV beverage alcohol. These columns can be used for both neutral spirits such as vodka and gin, as well as distillate for flavored spirits like tequila, rum, and whiskey. Our still is capable of accepting grain-in wash or lautered beer, making it easy to integrate into your distillery.
