Pot Still
Designed for batch distillation that preserves the unique character of your ingredients. Ideal for producing low wines (first run at ~20-30% ABV) or achieving 60-80% ABV after multiple distillations.

The most basic setup consists of the Pot, Helmet with tailored shape, Swan Neck and Lyne Arm with tailored slope, Condenser, and Spirit Safe.

Hybrid Still
Tiantai hybrid stills offer maximum versatility with interchangeable components. Run in pot mode for flavor-rich batches or engage the integrated column section for higher-purity cuts, achieving 60–95% ABV depending on setup and passes. Ideal for craft distillers scaling up without sacrificing quality.

Column Still
Continuous column stills, also known as Coffey stills, are a contemporary method for distilling spirits. Tiantai column stills are often utilized in industrial and large-scale commercial production to produce 95% ABV beverage alcohol. Our still is capable of accepting grain-in wash or lautered beer, making it easy to integrate into your distillery.

What is the typical lead time for equipment?
Lead times depend on model and capacity. Standard pot stills: 6–8 weeks. Hybrid stills and small column units: 8–10 weeks. Large custom column systems: 10–16 weeks. Exact dates provided after project scoping.
Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Yes. We offer turnkey delivery including installation, utilities hookup, commissioning and operator training. Local installation teams or certified partners are deployed as required.
What heating options are available?
We support multiple heating methods: steam, electric, direct fire, and water/oil baths (model-dependent). We will recommend the optimal heating method based on capacity and process.
Can the stills handle different feedstocks?
Yes. Our column and hybrid systems accept grain-in wash or lauter beer, and are configurable for molasses or other fermentations on request—making integration into your process simple.
What ABV ranges can you achieve?
Pot and hybrid operation produce flavor-forward spirits (low wines ~20–30% ABV;hearts ~60–80% ABV after cuts). Column configurations can reach up to 90–96% ABV for neutral spirits; hybrids deliver 60–95% ABV depending on setup.
Do you offer gin baskets, doublers, or other modules?
Yes.Optional modules include gin baskets (vapor infusion), doublers/thumpers,dephlegmators, and additional column sections. These are fitted to suit desired flavour profiles and proof targets.
Is CIP (clean-in-place) available?
Yes.CIP systems and sanitary fittings are available for most models to ensure efficient cleaning, GMP compliance and minimal downtime.
What utilities are required?
Common utilities: steam (or alternative heat source), process water, compressed air(optional), and electrical supply for pumps and controls. Specific requirements are provided with each quotation.
Do you provide spare parts and maintenance contracts?
Yes. We supply spare parts, recommended spare lists, and preventive maintenance contracts. Remote troubleshooting and on-site service options are available.
What warranty do you offer?
Standard manufacturing warranty covers material and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by model—details are included in the quote and service agreement.
