Hacienda Zhumir Distillery In Ecuador – 500L Distillery Equipment Installed by Tiantai
Located in the heart of the Ecuadorian Andes, Hacienda Zhumir is the birthplace of the renowned spirits brand Zhumir. To establish and grow its own brand, Hacienda Zhumir planned to build a distillation system suitable for sugarcane spirits production and began searching for a professional distillation equipment supplier.
While browsing the Tiantai Equipment website, Hacienda Zhumir learned of Tiantai’s extensive experience in distillation equipment and customized solutions, and subsequently contacted our sales team. Through in-depth discussions, we gained a detailed understanding of the client’s production requirements, product positioning, and equipment configuration, and developed a tailored quotation proposal and equipment design drawings. After multiple rounds of technical discussions and proposal adjustments, both parties ultimately reached a cooperation agreement, and Hacienda Zhumir ordered a custom-made 500L distillation unit, a 500L fermentation tank, and a chiller.
Following the signing of the contract, the project officially entered the production phase. Tiantai Equipment organized production in accordance with the confirmed technical specifications and, upon completion of manufacturing, invited Hacienda Zhumir to participate in equipment inspection and commissioning via video conference. The client witnessed the entire testing process online and expressed satisfaction with the equipment’s manufacturing quality and operational performance.
To ensure the equipment could be smoothly put into production, Tiantai arranged for engineers to travel to Hacienda Zhumir in advance—before the equipment was shipped to Ecuador—to perform on-site installation and commissioning. They provided professional technical support to the client and assisted in completing the production of the first batch of spirits.
Several months later, we received a feedback email from the manager at Hacienda Zhumir. The client offered positive feedback on the operational performance of Tiantai’s equipment and the project services provided.
